Infinisource announces release of the Wi-Fi enabled IQ200 time clock

The IQ200 is designed to track attendance, vacation, sick time, meals and breaks and compensation accruals. It also handles flex time, split shifts and more. IT technicians will feel comfortable about installing the IQ200 on their networks as it supports wireless protocol 802.11 b/g plus security modes and encryption.   

The IQ200 Wi-Fi option enables users to mount the clock in any location without the expense of stringing Ethernet cabling. As long as a Wi-Fi signal is present, the keypad clock is operational, delivering basic time and attendance functionality.

In the near future, Infinisource will release Wi-Fi versions of the IQ1000 and mid-level IQ500 time clocks.  Wi-Fi clocks use a different set of chips and require a mounted antenna, so existing clocks cannot be upgraded to add Wi-Fi capability.
