A convoy of seven trucks of hay, donated by local farmers, departs for Texas to feed livestock and horses

Summary: Members of the Indiana Motor Truck Association, along with generous donations from local farmers, have organized seven truckloads of hay to be delivered to ranchers in Texas to feed their livestock and horses. Texas ranchers are in dire need of feed due to the Texas drought and summer fires that traveled across the state.
The trucking industry not only delivers all of life's essentials safely every day, they are the first to respond when disaster strikes a community.
Baylor Trucking, Bestway Express, Grammer Industries, Prime, Inc., TransCorr, Venture Logistics and the American Trucking Associations Share the Road program are volunteering to deliver the much needed freight. The freight will arrive in Terell, Texas, on Thursday, October 13th.
The American Trucking Associations is holding their annual meeting October 15-18, 2011, in Grapevine, Texas, and wanted to help the communities in the Lone Star state.
