Illinois Gun Rights Groups to Hold Chicago Rally

WHAT: Rally to Celebrate the Second Amendment, especially the recent US Supreme Court decision in McDonald v Chicago ruling that the 2nd Amendment applies to state and local governments.

WHERE: Thompson Center Plaza, 100 West Randolph Street, Chicago, IL
WHO: Richard Pearson, Executive Director, Illinois State Rifle Association; Mike Weisman, First Vice President, Illinois State Rifle Association; Valinda Rowe, spokeswoman, IllinoisCarry.com; and the plaintiffs in the McDonald v Chicago case, Adam Orlov, David and Colleen Lawson and of course, its namesake Otis McDonald.
An 11:00 AM rally at the Thompson Center will feature these gun rights advocates, the McDonald plaintiffs, local radio personalities Cisco Cotto and Charles Butler, and several local grassroots activists.
