Icahn Enterprises Acquires Fontainebleau Property in Las Vegas
NEW YORK, Feb. 18 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Icahn Enterprises L.P. ("Icahn Enterprises") (NYSE: IEP) announced today that certain of its indirect subsidiaries have acquired from Fontainebleau Las Vegas, LLC and certain affiliated entities the Fontainebleau property and improvements thereon located in Las Vegas, Nevada for an aggregate purchase price of approximately $150 million. The Fontainebleau property includes an unfinished building of approximately 7 million square feet that is situated on approximately 25 acres of land.
