Gisler Elementary School is the second Fountain Valley school to receive the ST Math program as a corporate gift from Hyundai and the fourth in Southern California. Providing resources to improve the quality of education public schools offer is an important component of Hyundai's ongoing CSR strategy.
"We are thrilled and very appreciative of the continued support the Fountain Valley School District receives from Hyundai Motor America," said Marc Ecker, Superintendent of the Fountain Valley School District. "Their contributions to our ST Math program have provided additional resources for our students, enabling them to meet the rigorous California State Standards in mathematics."
MIND's ST Math program is used by more than 200,000 students in California. Students using the program have on average doubled their growth in math proficiency on the California Standards Test.
