Hyphen Solutions Releases Warranty Functionality for BuildPro Customers

DALLAS, July 13, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The cloud-based construction management software company Hyphen Solutions today released their new warranty module, Hyphen Warranty, to select BuildPro customers.

The fully integrated warranty module allows home builders the ability to efficiently manage homeowner satisfaction post-construction. Hyphen Warranty was designed around three main components: homeowner satisfaction, efficient ticket processing, and work order management. The new warranty module will strengthen the already robust BuildPro platform by enabling greater efficiencies in the areas of automated communication, invoicing and payment, and risk mitigation.

The module is fully integrated with BuildPro, allowing the builder to leverage all of their existing job information, dating back 15 years or more. Hyphen Warranty enables the home builder to track warranty costs, reduce overhead spending, and maintain ongoing communication between the builder, homeowner, and vendor.
