Hub International Acquires The Assets Of Florida-Based Rogers, Gunter, Vaughn Insurance, Inc.

CHICAGO, Aug. 8, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Hub International Limited (Hub), a leading global insurance brokerage, announced today that it has acquired the assets of Rogers, Gunter, Vaughn Insurance, Inc. (RGVI). Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

With offices in Tallahassee and Crawfordville, Florida, RGVI is a multi-lines insurance broker. The executives of RGVI, Sam Rogers, Bart Gunter, Jim Duncan and Kevin Vaughn will join Hub Florida, reporting to Chris Gardner, President and CEO, Hub Florida.
