Huawei Showcases Fiber and Microwave Products at Fiber Weekend during WISPAPALOOZA 2015

PLANO, Texas, Oct. 9, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Huawei will be participating in Fiber Weekend held during WISPAPALOOZA 2015 at the Rio Hotel in Las Vegas on Saturday, October 10 and Sunday, October 11. The company is a sponsor of Fiber Weekend and a Platinum sponsor of WISPAPALOOZA 2015.

Fiber Weekend's two-day agenda includes various topics and information from within the industry that are actively deploying fiber networks. During Fiber Weekend, Huawei will showcase a number of its fiber and microwave products including:

ATN access routers, including ATN905 and ATN910B: Huawei's ATN series are multi-service CPE (customer premise equipment) and aggregation routers/switches focused at the edge of metro networks and mobile backhaul networks.
RTN series microwave, including RTN380 and RTN360: Huawei's RTN series is the new-generation of IP microwave transmission equipment, supporting up to 4Gbps capacity, full outdoor design with various service interfaces. These products can be configured flexibly and installed easily. The equipment can be deployed not only in the 3G/WiMAX/LTE backhaul networks, but also in the last mile access for fixed wireless broadband, enterprise and business access networks.
OSN1800 WDM: OptiX OSN 1800 is an optical WDM transport system, designed for the low-cost fiber optic transport network for high-bandwidth applications such as metro or regional WDM networks. It has built in packet-enhanced Multi-Service OTN switching and supports GE/10GE/40G/100G coherent transmissions over the fiber.
ODN (Optical Distribution Network): Huawei offers a full line of fiber splitters, terminals, cables and enclosures for cost-effective fiber deployments at unmatched prices and performance.
ONT (Optical Network Terminal): Huawei's series of Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) ONT to enhance the performance, reliability, maintainability and scalability of the FTTH network.

Product experts will be on hand to discuss and explain the array of IP, optical, microwave and ODN solutions at Fiber Weekend. Huawei will also be showcasing wireless solutions at booth 247 at WISPAPALOOZA 2015, which runs from October 13-15, 2015.
