PITTSBURGH, Sept. 26, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Howard Hanna Real Estate Services is poised to have a record-setting year in 2012 with the summertime containing some of the best successive months in the history of the company. In conjunction with the excellent sales year, the organization has been expanding into new real estate markets throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Midwest regions.

Most recent expansions include areas in southern Ohio such as Pickerington, Upper Arlington, and also Delaware. Dublin-based franchisee RealCom Realty agreed earlier this year to bring Howard Hanna Real Estate Services into an initial territory covering Dublin, Hilliard, Upper Arlington, Powell, Worthington, Grandview Heights and Marysville. RealCom Realty has grown since January from a modest 15 real estate agents to over 65 real estate agents.
