Horror Author Lia Scott Price Offers Sneak Peek at Graphic Novel Project

LOS ANGELES, Oct. 17 /PRNewswire/ -- Horror Author Lia Scott Price, known for her Serial Killer and Vampire Guardian Angels™, is now working on a full graphic novel with comic book art.

The graphic novel, using the traditional comics format with illustrations by comic book artist Wendell Nelson, will be based on Price's current vampire trilogy, The Guardian, Revenant, and Dominion.  "It's going to be a full book, not a series, combining three of my novels into one book with comic art."

Price says "I felt it was time to move into comic books and graphic novels. I've already brought my characters to life through film, so comic book art would be the next step."

Price's evil guardian angel characters are mercy killers and vampires who hunt down victims who pray to them for help.  "If you pray to a guardian angel, you never know what it could be, or how it would respond to your prayers," says Price.

Comic Book Artist Wendell Nelson has created the first initial art, which can be viewed at www.liascottprice.com. Illustrations will be released in stages through Price's web site, with the anticipated release and publication of the book set for October 2011.
