In this position he oversees all aspects of customer service, including advocacy, experience and Trust & Safety, and the largest team at HomeAway.

Mosler joins HomeAway from Amazon.com where he was the general manager of customer advocacy and global outsourcing. There he managed a team of internal and external resources that provided support for all Amazon product lines and partnerships in each of its global subsidiaries, including the U.S., U.K., France and Germany, where HomeAway also currently has offices. During his tenure at Amazon.com, he also served as general manager of U.K. and France services for Amazon Ireland, and as director of worldwide customer service finance.

Earlier in his career, Mosler acted as the worldwide consumer support finance controller and supply chain senior manager at the Microsoft Corp. He also worked as services finance manager at Dell, as management consultant at Arthur D. Little and as process engineer at Exxon.
He earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering in the Wharton Management and Technology dual-degree program at the University of Pennsylvania.
