Hodges Ward Elliott, Inc. Represents Seller in $95 Million Sale of 237-Room Hotel Sofitel Washington, D.C. to LaSalle Hotel Properties

ATLANTA, March 4 /PRNewswire/ -- Hodges Ward Elliott, Inc. (HWE) announced today that it acted as the seller's exclusive financial advisor and arranged the $95 million sale of the Sofitel Washington, D.C. Lafayette Square to LaSalle Hotel Properties.  The sale price equates to approximately $400,000 per room.
