HighPoint Solutions Acquires November Research Group's Services Business

EAST NORRITON, Pa., Feb. 8, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- HighPoint Solutions today announced the acquisition of November Research Group (NRG)'s pharmacovigilance technology services division.  NRG is a leading provider of pharmacovigilance system-related consulting services and an Oracle Argus Specialized partner, providing drug safety system and regulatory compliance services to Life Sciences companies.

The acquisition strengthens and expands HighPoint's life sciences capabilities and provides a global scale and infrastructure for the pharmacovigilance technology services that NRG's clients can utilize.
