Here Enterprises Advances Toward Sale of Wind Power, Files Distributed Generation Renewable Energy Service Application

SAN ANTONIO, Texas, May 10, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Here Enterprises, Inc. (Pink Sheets: HRTE), a growing developer of clean wind energy, is moving forward with its objective of generating profitable and clean wind energy at its Cycle Ranch project in Floresville, Texas. Having erected high performance wind turbines at Cycle Ranch, Here Enterprises filed the Customer-Owned Distributed Generation Renewable Energy Service Application with the local utility, Floresville Electric Light & Power System (FELPS). Approval of the application will enable Here Enterprises to tie in to the grid for the purpose of power generation and sale.

Here Enterprises has built a wind energy facility on the site of its wholly owned Cycle Ranch Motocross Park, an established commercial motocross speedway. The Company has erected a series of Talon variable pitch turbines. The turbines offer a wide working range and greater production and efficiency than standard tail furling systems. The high efficiency system is designed with UL certified electronics for ready grid-tie approval.

The FELPS Customer-Owned Distributed Generation Renewable Energy Service agreement is a contract between the power company and customers who own and operate on-site generation facilities powered by renewable energy sources. Here Enterprises believes its Cycle Ranch wind project will meet FELPS' renewable energy generation facility criteria and standards.
