Henry Ford Health System Selects SONIFI Health to Deliver Interactive TV & Patient Education Services

SIOUX FALLS, S.D., Sept. 20, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- SONIFI Health, the leading provider of interactive solutions for hospital patients, announced today a partnership with Henry Ford Health System to deliver interactive television services to patients and their guests. The SONIFI Health interactive patient engagement system will be installed in 1,571 patient rooms across Henry Ford Health System. Hospitals include Henry Ford Hospital, Henry Ford West Bloomfield Hospital, Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital and Henry Ford Macomb Hospital.

Henry Ford will offer patients interactive TV education and communication solutions, including: personalized patient education through integration with their electronic medical record system, patient education completion charting, patient requests and patient feedback tools. Patients can also access entertainment and distraction therapies such as: on-demand movies, TV channels, as well as relaxation, music and spiritual content.
