The Helix DCS provides a solution that centers on three vessels, the Helix Producer I, the Q4000 and the Express, each of which played a role in the Macondo response and are presently operating in the Gulf of Mexico. Although no formal agreements have been executed at this time, the Company is in advanced discussions with an industry group to provide the DCS on a retainer basis.
