Healogics appoints Kelly Priegnitz as Chief Compliance Officer

JACKSONVILLE, Fla., Oct. 4, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Healogics, the nation's largest provider of advanced chronic wound care services, today announced that it has appointed Kelly Priegnitz to serve as Chief Compliance Officer. In this role, Priegnitz will direct strategy for and drive a culture of compliance that ensures adherence to all healthcare regulatory, legislative, accreditation and licensure mandates. She will sit on the executive leadership team and report directly to the Board of Directors.

Priegnitz joins Healogics from Kindred Healthcare, a healthcare services company that operates hospitals, nursing centers and contract rehabilitation services, where she was Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer. Priegnitz has nearly 20 years of experience in healthcare compliance, with a focus on the design and management of programs to enhance quality of care, promote customer excellence and minimize overall risk.
