Hain Celestial and Knicks' Wilson Chandler & Garden of Dreams Give Thanks at Children's Aid Society in Harlem
MELVILLE, N.Y., Nov. 22, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- The Hain Celestial Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: HAIN), a leading natural and organic products company providing consumers with A Healthy Way of Life™, today announced that together with the Garden of Dreams Foundation and New York Knickerbocker forward Wilson Chandler, they will host a special Thanksgiving Day event with families from The Children's Aid Society's Dunlevy Milbank Center on Monday, Nov. 22. In the afternoon, Wilson will visit Children's Aid with some of his teammates, the Knicks City Dancers and Irwin D. Simon, President and Chief Executive Officer of Hain Celestial, to donate 300 Thanksgiving Day meals to families serviced by the center.

The Garden of Dreams Foundation is a nonprofit charity that works closely with all areas of Madison Square Garden, including the Knicks, Rangers, Liberty, MSG Entertainment, MSG Network and Fuse to "make dreams come true for children in crisis." Garden of Dreams partners with local children's hospitals, "wish" organizations and community-based organizations to build on-going, unforgettable programs for children in the tri-state area.
Hain Pure Protein Corporation has partnered with Wilson and the Garden of Dreams Foundation to donate 150 all-natural Plainville Farms® turkeys that are free of antibiotics and hormones and raised humanely on family farms. With their generosity, a total of 300 full meals will be provided to the families of Dunlevy Milbank Center.
