GTRI, now Zivaro, Inc., Acquires Assets and Contracts of Aegis Identity Software, Inc.

DENVER, July 31, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- GTRI, now Zivaro Inc., is pleased to announce that an affiliate of GTRI, now Zivaro Inc., has completed the acquisition of the assets, and assignment of the contracts, of Aegis Identity Software, Inc. ("Aegis Identity").  We expect that these assets and contracts will subsequently be assigned to GTRI, Inc, now Zivaro, Inc., in near future.

Through this acquisition, GTRI, now Zivaro Inc., will be better able to address the IT security needs of the education sector. Aegis Identity's Trident Solution is an Identity Access Management "IAM" solution, purpose-built for the education marketplace.

As a top-tier partner with Cisco, NetApp, AWS, VMware, Citrix, Palo-Alto and other OEM vendors, the Aegis Identity acquisition provides a stable tenure and financial foundation to current and future Aegis clients with flexible economic models and scale.
