Governor Rendell Signs Legislation

HARRISBURG, Pa., June 3 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Governor Edward G. Rendell today signed into law the following bills:

Senate Bill 383: An Act amending Title 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in organization and jurisdiction of courts of common pleas, authorizing the establishment of problem solving courts.

Senate Bill 828: An Act amending the act of May 23, 1945 (P.L.926, No.369), referred to as the Public Eating and Drinking Place Law, further providing for definitions; and providing for applicability.
