Governor Rendell Signs Legislation

HARRISBURG, Pa., June 1 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Governor Edward G. Rendell today signed into law the following bill:

House Bill 1041: An Act amending the act of September 27, 1961 (P.L. 1700, No. 699), known as the Pharmacy Act, further providing for definitions, for refusal to grant revocation and suspension and for drug therapy protocols; and providing for collaborative drug therapy management and for construction of act.
