Governor Corbett Signs Two Bills
HARRISBURG, Pa., June 24, 2011 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Governor Tom Corbett today signed into law the following legislation:
Senate Bill 274: The bill amends state law to allow the Pennsylvania Game Commission to establish regulations fostering youth hunting and allowing exemptions for certain limited youth hunting activities. The bill limits the awarding of an antlerless permit to one per mentored youth. It also makes changes to falconry permitting.
House Bill 442: The bill amends the state's real estate code by adding a chapter entitled the Private Transfer Fee Obligation Act, prohibiting private transfer fee obligations, and providing for notice and disclosure of existing private transfer fee obligations.
