Good Technology Files Registration Statement with SEC for an Initial Public Offering

SUNNYVALE, Calif., May 14, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Good Technology today announced that it has filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public offering of its common stock. The number of shares to be sold and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined.

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, Barclays Capital Inc., BofA Merrill Lynch and Citigroup will act as joint book-running managers for the offering. Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. will act as a co-manager.
