GlobalTel Announces the Release of the Apple iPhone Based 'GlobalTel Dialer'

BOCA RATON, Fla., Jan. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- GlobalTel announced today the availability of the free "GlobalTel Dialer" now available on the Apple App Store for all Apple iPhone users.  This free application enables customers to make a seamless international call from any iPhone user located anywhere in the World.  

According to GlobalTel President and CEO, Steve Williams, "The GlobalTel/iPhone App combines the powerful signaling capabilities provided by Apple's iPhone and combined with the international long distance services offered by GlobalTel. This app provides international customers with high quality, international telephone calls at rates 30% to 80% lower than those charged by most mobile carriers."

The GlobalTel Dialer is now available for download in all of Apple's 77 app stores which include Brazil, China and India. The "GlobalTel Dialer" provides customers with post-paid callback service with no sign-up or monthly fees. Customers pay monthly only for what they use.

GlobalTel is working to provide its agents and customers with new tools which leverage the features found in today's advanced hand-held devices. Similar applications for both the Blackberry and the Google Android phones are in development. Future versions will include a pre-paid option and native language support. The iPhone GlobalTel Dialer is available today.
