NEW YORK, Aug. 30, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- GLC Law Firm Consulting, working with Kenyon & Kenyon, facilitated a major deal leading to the combination of the top-tier intellectual property and technology law firm and premier business law firm Andrews Kurth, which will take effect this Thursday, September 1.
