Gilford Securities Equity Research Group Expands Coverage to Housing and Real Estate Sector

NEW YORK, Nov. 20, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Gilford Securities, a full-service investment bank, headquartered in New York City, today announced that Jeremy Pinchot has joined the firm as Senior Vice President, Equity Research, responsible for the coverage of Housing and Real Estate including the U.S. homebuilding sector and building products companies.

Prior to Gilford Mr. Pinchot spent 12-years as an equity analyst and Director of Research at Monness, Crespi, Hardt & Co., Inc. in New York where he covered housing and other sectors including, newspaper publishers, for-profit education companies, retail, insurance brokers and special situations. Prior to joining MCH in 2000, Mr. Pinchot worked as a political media consultant and producer of political advertising and strategy in Washington, DC. Mr. Pinchot is a National Honorary Board Member of Republicans for Environmental Protection and a Board Member of The Pinchot Institute for Conservation Studies. Mr. Pinchot graduated with a B.A. in Journalism from Ohio Wesleyan University in 1993.
