Generational Equity Announces the Sale of Elite Treating Solutions, Ltd. to WadeCo Specialties

(Elite), headquartered in Midland, TX, by WadeCo Specialties (a holding of Hasting Equity), headquartered in Midland, TX.  The acquisition closed on September 30, 2014.

Elite is a specialist oil and gas field services provider, with a focus on providing chemical treatment services. The Company monitors oil and gas wells, and provides services related to corrosion prevention, oil and water separation, and water disposal. Founders Dwight & Kay Yarbrough established the business in 2005, and possess over 30 years of industry experience.
