DALLAS, June 16, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Generational Equity, a leading mergers and acquisitions advisor for privately-held, middle-market businesses, is pleased to announce the acquisition of its client, EZ Sockets, Inc., headquartered in Springfield, New Jersey, by Brighton-Best International (BBI) headquartered in Long Beach, California. The acquisition closed on March 2, 2015.
