Generational Equity Announces Sale of Farmer Business Systems to Alliance Office Systems
DALLAS, Oct. 26, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Generational Equity, a leading mergers and acquisitions advisor for privately held, middle-market businesses, is pleased to announce the sale of its client, Farmer Business Systems of Dallas, to Alliance Office Systems of Southlake, TX. The acquisition closed Sept. 30, 2016. Details were not disclosed.
Farmer Business Systems of Dallas is a well-established provider of office document solutions founded in 1989. The company, an authorized Xerox dealer for the region, caters to the legal, financial services, oil and gas, and education markets.
The buyer, Alliance Office Systems (AOS) of Southlake, TX, was founded in 2005 and also offers managed print services. AOS specializes in helping organizations apply new document technologies to better manage their documents, document processes, workflows and output. This acquisition cements the company's goal of expanding in the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area.
