SAO PAULO, March 3, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- GENERAL SHOPPING BRASIL S/A, a publicly-held company headquartered at Avenida Angelica, 2466, suite 221, in the city of Sao Paulo, State of Sao Paulo, enrolled with the General Taxpayer's Register (CNPJ/MF) under number 08.764. 621/0001-53, informs hereby to its shareholders and the market in general, as pursuant to the terms of CVM Ruling no. 358/02, that it has launched another Greenfield project in the outlet segment, OUTLET PREMIUM BRASILIA.

OUTLET PREMIUM BRASILIA is aligned to the same concept of OUTLET PREMIUM SAO PAULO currently in operation in the state of Sao Paulo. It is located along the BR-060 expressway at km 21 in Alexania, Goias state, which is a municipality that integrates the micro-region surrounding Brasilia and is part of the important Goiania-Anapolis-Brasilia axis.

OUTLET PREMIUM BRASILIA is located in an area comprised of 121,257 m² and will have a gross leasable area (GLA) of 16,478.68 m² offering more than 80 stores and approximately 2,000 parking spots.

OUTLET PREMIUM BRASILIA will be 100% owned and managed by GENERAL SHOPPING BRASIL S/A.
