(NYSE Amex: GST) announced today that it will release its second quarter 2010 results on Thursday, August 5, 2010 after the market closes.  In conjunction with the release, Gastar has scheduled a conference call for 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time on Friday, August 6, 2010 that will be broadcast live over the Internet.
