The Industrial Technologies Awards are given to companies that have made a significant contribution to the manufacturing, automation, logistics, distribution, materials, construction, security, and process industries. Marshall Brain, noted author and entrepreneur, will be receiving the 2010 Frost & Sullivan Lifetime Achievement Award for Education Initiatives. Marshall is the founder of online educational platform HowStuffWorks.com, now a Discovery Communications company, and his work has been featured on the National Geographic channel and the Oprah Winfrey Show.
To choose Award recipients, Frost & Sullivan's analyst team tracks emerging and existing markets and evaluates the contributions of industry participants.
