Free Photo Editor Picas Updates with More Creative Filters and VIP Subscription Service

SAN FRANCISCO, Dec. 22, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Picas Inc. recently released an update of its photo artwork app – Picas, adding more creative filters and a brand-new VIP subscription service. With this update's additional features, beginning on December 16th,  the app is once again being featured by Google Play editors.
