Freddie Mac Prices New $3.5 Billion Two-Year Reference Notes® Security
MCLEAN, Va., Oct. 28, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Freddie Mac (OTC: FMCC) announced today that it priced its new 0.375% $3.5 billion two-year USD Reference Notes® security due on November 27, 2013. The issue, CUSIP number 3137EACZ0, was priced at 99.771 to yield 0.486%, or 18.5 basis points more than two-year U.S. Treasury Notes. The issue will settle on Tuesday, November 1, 2011.
The new two-year Reference Notes security was offered via a syndicate of dealers headed by J.P. Morgan Chase, Goldman, Sachs & Co. and Credit Suisse. An application was made to list the issue on the Euro MTF market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
