In his new role, Vicars will be responsible for optimizing Framebridge's customer and employee focused operations, designing and implementing new systems to improve order fulfillment rates and drive customer retention. Vicars will also lead the development and site selection of new production facilities, overseeing site start-up operations, team growth and training and additional facility supervision. Under his leadership, Framebridge will expand its current operations to accommodate increased sales and support the creation of over 50 new manufacturing jobs over the next 12 to 18 months.
"We're very excited to have Anthony join the Framebridge team," said Susan Tynan, founder & CEO of Framebridge. In 2013, Anthony founded Rise Fulfillment to assist startup operations leaders pursuing world-class service and culture.
"A key to Framebridge's early success stems from providing a safe, efficient and fast method for customers to frame, preserve and display these incredibly meaningful items," said Vicars. "It's a fun and exciting challenge to scale our operations to continue to meet those lofty expectations of our customers, while ensuring we can offer more custom items and deliver everything faster than ever."
