Former GOP Chair Endorses Didier for Senate

Prominent Party Activist Encourages Republicans to 'Get Behind Clint'

TACOMA, Wash., July 10 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- A former Washington state Attorney General, state GOP chair and 3-term state legislator says Republicans need to get behind Clint Didier in the race for Patty Murray's Senate seat.

"I am proud to support Clint Didier," said Ken Eikenberry, "and I encourage my fellow Republicans to get behind him."

Didier's ability to excite the party base and 'get out the vote' was a key factor for Eikenberry reaching the conclusion that Didier is the best candidate to take on Patty Murray:  "Clint brings a passion and enthusiasm to this race, which will motivate grassroots Republicans to get out and do the work necessary to achieve victory," said Eikenberry.

Clint Didier, former 3-time Superbowl champ with the Washington Redskins, returned home to Eltopia, Washington  to run his family farm with his wife, Kristie, three sons and daughter.  He has also been endorsed by Sarah Palin and Ron Paul.
