Florida Attorney Joins Las Vegas Man's Legal Team in Federal Lawsuit against Bank of America and Nationstar Mortgage, LLC
Michael Bondi gets additional help in ongoing David vs. Goliath Battle against two of the nations' Biggest Banks/Mortgage Servicers
LAS VEGAS, July 7, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- In what has become an almost 10-year long battle, Las Vegas Realtor Michael Bondi is getting closer to having his federal lawsuit against one of America's most hated banks tried in federal court.
Bondi has announced that Florida Attorney Maury Udell, with the Law Firm Beighley, Myrick & Udell, has joined his legal team. Udell and Las Vegas Attorney, Rebecca A. Fuller, with Fuller Law Practice, now represent Bondi.
"Maury has an impressive resume of trial experience and has won a case against Nationstar Mortgage, LLC. in Florida. He and Rebecca (Fuller) complement each other well. I can't wait for my case to be heard in front of a jury of my peers," Bondi said. "Bank of America is one of the most hated banks in America. Nationstar Mortgage, LLC. might be the second most hated. Their attorneys will have a hard time finding a sympathetic jury with the way they treat their customers, including me."
Bondi claims his credit was destroyed four separate times over the past 10 years. Both defendants clearly reported zero balances on multiple credit reports and sent him zero balance letters verifying that his accounts were closed, and then Bank of America sold off a zero balance account to Nationstar Mortgage, LLC to charge off $70,000 of debt Bondi never owed.
Thousands of pages of evidence have been turned over and depositions have been completed. Evidence includes credit reports, phone calls, letters and emails generated by Bank of America and Nationstar Mortgage, LLC. Bondi eagerly awaits a trial date and seeing the evidence presented to a federal jury.
According to a 2016 Gallup Poll, public confidence in banks remains historically low at 30%.
Bondi has heard from other victims of these two corporations from all over the world, including Australia. Bondi started a public relations campaign last October, including a website and Twitter page to spread the word about his case. He has over 33,000 page views at: www.shutdownbofa.com and over 130,000+ followers on Twitter: @shutdownbofa. Bondi is available for media interviews.
