The FinTech company reported that 2015 will mark four straight years of triple-digit growth. The new location to a much larger facility will accommodate an expanded product development team and a quantitative research group that will create Chaikin branded investable products. The move will help to attract new talent by adding positions throughout the company, including software designers and programmers, sales staff, business development, marketing, customer service, and a quantitative analysis.
The new office is located on the 18th floor of Two Penn Center, in the heart of Center City, Philadelphia directly across from Love Park and City Hall.
"We're very excited about the move. Philadelphia is a FinTech talent hub which makes it the right location for our ability to attract new talent," said Marc Chaikin, Chaikin Analytics' CEO & Founder. "We have a number of key strategic announcements to make in 2016 and this expansion will position us for success."
In November, Chaikin Analytics welcomes the addition of Eric Lee Smith as its Chief Product Officer. Smith is a multi-award winning FinTech product executive and boardgame designer. Smith brings 30 years of executive experience developing enterprise-level financial services platforms. Smith has been a successful entrepreneur and an executive with InvestorForce and Reality Online. While at Reality Online, his team built over 40 online brokerage systems. Perhaps best known as the designer of Money Magazine's Wealth Builder platform, he has built systems for Fidelity, Reuters, Ernst and Young, and Smith Barney. As Chief Product Officer at Chaikin Analytics, Smith will lead new product development and establish an internal tech innovation center at the new Center City headquarters.
This year, Chaikin Analytics accelerated its product development by launching new options functionality through integration with OptionsPlay, a probability-based ideas generator, and integration with TD Ameritrade's Veo® Platform for financial advisors. The company will launch its proprietary Chaikin Power Gauge ratings for exchange-traded funds (ETFs) in late 2015.
