Fino Consulting Leases 4,000 Square Feet at 271 Madison Avenue

NEW YORK, June 8 /PRNewswire/ -- Fino Consulting, a global provider of IT consulting services, announced today it and Armstrong Interactive Inc., have co-signed a five-year lease with 271 Madison Co. & 220 Fourth Co - for a 4,000 square foot office suite on the 20th floor of 271 Madison Avenue in New York City, N.Y.  The move-in date was June 1, 2010.  The lease includes the entire 20th floor of the building.  Specific terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Mr. Fino and Mr. Armstrong are currently working on a joint media distribution product after three years of collaboration.

Mr. Fino expects his headcount to expand to 30 through 2011, although not all employees will be housed at the headquarters.

Four-year-old Fino Consulting offers technology integration services on the Microsoft platform and provides custom software strategy and solutions.
