Ezaki Glico Aiming to Set a Guinness World Record™ Title with Pocky Photos
IRVINE, Calif., Nov. 3, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- In celebration of November 11 as "The Day of Pocky & Pretz," Ezaki Glico, maker of the Pocky brand of snack products, has launched an official challenge to garner a GUINNESS WORLD RECORDSTM Title for the "Largest Online Photo Montage of Cookies/Biscuits."

Glico is asking Pocky fans to submit a photo that includes a Pocky or Pretz to a dedicated website for the quest. If the company succeeds, everyone who submitted a photo will receive an official online proof of participation from GUINNESS WORLD RECORDSTM. In addition, the participant can purchase an official personalized GUINNESS WORLD RECORDSTM certificate from the GUINNESS WORLD RECORDSTM website.
"Pocky and Pretz resemble the number 1 so every November 11 (11.11), Ezaki Glico holds a customer appreciation day of fun events and promotions," said Shunsuke Nakai, President of Glico USA. Glico fans can submit their photos on the website: http://photo.pocky.jp/en/. Each photo must clearly show a Pocky or Pretz in it.
