Executive Anna M. Seal Elected to CDI Corp. Board of Directors
PHILADELPHIA Sept. 24 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- CDI Corp. (NYSE: CDI), a leading provider of engineering and information technology outsourcing solutions and professional staffing, has announced that Anna M. Seal has been elected to its Board of Directors and will serve on the Board's Audit Committee.
Ms. Seal is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of GlaxoSmithKline's (GSK) Global Manufacturing and Supply Division. She previously served as Senior Vice President and CFO of SmithKline Beecham Worldwide Supply Operations, Vice President and CFO of SmithKline Beecham Animal Health Division, and Chief Auditor and Vice President, Corporate Audits, of SmithKline Beecham.

Ms. Seal is a C.P.A. who graduated with honors from Pennsylvania State University and completed the Executive Management Program at INSEAD University in Paris, France. She has also served on the Board of the Please Touch Museum, Arrow International, the GSK Diversity Board and the GSK Charitable Contributions Board. Ms. Seal was named one of "25 Women CFO's to Watch" by CFO Magazine in June 2008.
