Exchange Media Corp: Major growth in Web-based gaming market in China

LIAONING, China, April 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Arshad Shah, President and CEO of Exchange Media Corp., (EXMD.PK) announces on behalf of the Company:

Exchange Media Corp is still proceeding ahead with the revenue sharing agreement with the Hong Kong based Internet Short Video Clips Advertising Company.

Exchange Media Corp's representative is currently working out the details and expects to have a letter of Intent after all the technical details have been worked out.

China's web-based gaming market jumped 97.2% year on year to CNY 990 million in 2009, according to an annual report on the online game market.

The web-based gaming market is expected to touch CNY 1.47 billion in 2010, predicted the Shanghai-based company, noting that revenue from web games is expected to contribute 5%-10% to the entire online game market in the future.

Exchange Media Corp expects to have access to a very large subscriber base after it concludes the formal agreement with the Hong Kong based Internet Advertising Company.
