NEW YORK, April 29 /PRNewswire/ -- Marian Salzman, president of Euro RSCG Worldwide PR, North America, announced today that Stacy Mackler has been appointed executive vice president and chief marketing officer of the agency. The hiring of Mackler, an industry leader recognized for her successes in melding digital and traditional marketing approaches, is part of a noted momentum occurring at Euro RSCG PR since last summer.
As EVP and CMO of Euro RSCG Worldwide PR, North America, Mackler will oversee new business and organic growth. The agency is also concurrently launching two critical initiatives, which Mackler will oversee: the Center for Account Management Excellence and SoMe Central, a branded think tank to track social media trends for public relations professionals. Both initiatives are part of a reorientation at the agency toward farsighted thinking campaigns.
