Eralda Dibra Kanacevic is recognized by Continental Who's Who
NILES, Ill., Aug. 18, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Eralda Dibra Kanacevic is recognized by Continental Who's Who as a Pinnacle Professional Member in the Accounting field.
Kanacevic's professional title is Accounting Instructor at Chicago ORT Technical Institute, where she specializes in educational accounting, tax preparation and accounting services. She utilizes her expertise in managed accounting, QuickBooks, People Soft, SIS, Tandem and Turbo Tax, as well as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access, and Outlook. Additionally, she is skilled in educational technology systems, such as using the D2L Learning system, and Blackboard, which is a software used nationally by universities and other educational institutions for digital file sharing, homework assignments, tests, and other educational resources.

In addition to her role at Chicago ORT Technical Institute, Kanacevic has worked part-time as an Accounting Instructor at Oakton Community College in Skokie, Ill since 2011 and, as of December of 2016, she has taken on another part time role at Kendall College, teaching managerial accounting for both business and hospitality programs. Prior to that, she served as a part-time Accounting Instructor at BIR Training Center.
Kanacevic earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Robert Morris University. She then went on to complete a Master of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Phoenix. She is also fluent in Albanian as well as English.
To further her professional development, Kanacevic is a member of AIBP, the National Education Association, the Illinois Education Association and the National Association of Professional Women. When not working, she has volunteered her time to the Chicago Chapter of Annual Seminar through The Institute of Internal Auditors, Inc., where she assisted the registration committee co-chair with all registration duties as well as any other activities related to the event.
Additionally, Kanacevic enjoys yoga, swimming and biking. She dedicates this recognition to her parents, Meri and Felid Dibra; her brother, Ergys Dibra; and her daughter, Amrah Kanacevic.
