EODT Appoints New Vice President of Security Services

LENOIR CITY, Tenn., March 25 /PRNewswire/ -- Mr. John A. South, former executive with DynCorp International, has been named Vice President of Security Services for EOD Technology, Inc. (EODT). In this capacity, Mr. South will be responsible for leading the Company's Security Services business unit through critical win strategy development, high-level project management guidance, and strategic budget planning and oversight.

Mr. South brings a wealth of strategic business development and operations management experience to the Company. Most recently, he served a dual role as Senior Director of Operations and acting Vice President of Operations for DynCorp International where he facilitated business process improvements by implementing best practices and spearheading quantitative metrics analysis resulting in improved processes and sustained corporate growth. In addition, he has extensive experience managing billion dollar programs under contract with prominent government organizations such as DoS, DoD, UN, and USAID.

He also has numerous esteemed certifications, including Performance Institute's Performance Auditing and Reporting, Shipley Associates' Capture Planning for Strategic Wins, and several FEMA and FBI certifications. Mr. South will be based in EODT's Washington, D.C. office.
