Entravision Partners with Mi Familia Vota Education Fund to Provide Rides for Voters
SANTA MONICA, Calif., Oct. 26, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Entravision Communications Corporation, a leading Spanish-language media provider, is partnering with Mi Familia Vota Education Fund, a national non-profit working to unite the Latino community through increased civic participation, to provide rides to the polls for voters.
Through the initiative, free rides will be offered to voters in Denver, Colorado; Orlando and Tampa Florida; Reno and Las Vegas, Nevada; and Palm Springs, Stockton and Modesto, California, for select early voting days, as well as on Election Day, November 6th. To sign up for rides, voters can call the corresponding hotlines listed below, which will be staffed now through November 6th, to find out specific pick-up locations and register for a ride.
