Entertainment Games Inc. Acquires Mining Prospects In Northern Mexico
Company plans to change name to Tamino Minerals Inc.
TUCSON, Ariz., Oct. 29, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Entertainment Games Inc. ( OTC PINK : EGAM ) has recently acquired several mining prospects in northern Mexico and plans to begin the exploration and development of these properties. Consistent with its new business focus, the Company plans to change its name to Tamino Minerals Inc.
The Company is moving its headquarters to Tucson, Arizona and is committed to delivering value to its shareholders by acquiring, developing and mining precious metals deposits in Mexico. Although the Company's goal is to explore for gold, silver and other precious metals, one of its new properties is a Polymethallic project, located close to Newmont´s Penoles "La Herradura" Mine in northern Mexico.
Pedro Villagran-Garcia, one of the Company's new directors, said, "We are very excited to have completed a transaction that offers long time EGAM shareholders the opportunity to be a part of a company with an active business while new investors can participate in a niche growth sector. We believe the price of gold and other metals will continue to rise as demand exceeds supply."
Mr. Villagran-Garcia continued, "We have a great deal of experience in building and managing exploration stage mining companies. Mexico is supportive of mining, making it a very exciting industry to be in."
The Company's name change and new trading symbol will be effective in the over-the-counter markets when FINRA has completed its review of the Company's application for the name change.
