CHARLOTTE, N.C., Sept. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- EnPro Industries, Inc. (NYSE: NPO) today announced the acquisition of Hydrodyne, a designer and manufacturer of machined metallic seals and other specialized components used primarily by the space, aerospace and nuclear industries. The transaction was completed for cash; terms were not disclosed. Hydrodyne will join the high-performance seals (HPS) group within EnPro's Sealing Products segment.
