EMS Find Launches On-Demand Medical Transportation Beta Testing Pilot in Los Angeles County, CA
PHILADELPHIA, March 22, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- EMS Find, Inc (OTCQB: EMSF) announces its Agreement with MedResponse Corp., which provides for beta testing of the Company's on-demand medical transportation service by ambulance and ambulette companies as well as medical care providers in Southern California. The pilot will initially involve about 50 non-emergency medical transportation vehicles and several skilled care facilities and hospitals in the LA County and is scheduled to continue up to 12 weeks with focus on building the foundation for commercial implementation later this year.
"Lately the 'uberization' of various consumer and B2B services has become a big trend across the board," said Steve Rubakh, the CEO of EMS Find, Inc. He continued, "We have developed a suite of software products and plan to offer a patent pending platform, which will bring paperless, efficient interface, on-demand vehicle dispatch and a variety of other automated modern features to the complex world of medical transportation. We are striving to integrate with transportation providers, hospitals and skilled care facilities, insurance companies, HMO's and other significant players in the market to tackle commonplace issues such as patient satisfaction, admission and discharge efficiency, fraud protection, billing, reporting and other vital metrics, which could make our future customers in this multi-billion dollar medical transportation industry work in sync with modern-day requirements. Our agreement with MedResponse is the first stepping stone in implementing this concept in one of the most complicated markets, which is Los Angeles, California and the surrounding tri-county area."
"As someone with over 10 years of first-hand experience in operating and management of non-emergency medical transportation I believe that our industry has a great deal of demand for the services such as offered by EMS Find, Inc.," said Andrew Stepansky, the CEO of MedResponse Corp. He added, "We plan to introduce EMS Find's on-demand platform to several local medical transportation companies as well as to HMO's, hospitals and skilled care facilities, which will help us with testing and enhancement of the business model, and to execute a wide-scale rollout in Los Angeles, Riverside and Orange Counties in Southern California. I believe that deploying the cutting-edge software platform of EMS Find with our trusted local customers will create a great pattern for expansion in other states."
