Lannan has been employed as Chief Financial Officer by BBN Technologies since 2007 where he developed an ambitious five-year strategic plan and set up related initiatives to achieve it. At BBN, Lannan set aggressive performance targets and planning processes for a business that delivered substantial revenue growth during his tenure. Prior to BBN, Lannan was senior vice president and treasurer at Polaroid Corporation where he led treasury, corporate finance and corporate development. He also has held related roles at Manufacturers' Services LTD, Telocity, Inc. and Lucent Technologies. Lannan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from Yale University and a Masters of Business Administration from The Wharton School.
